Shop Update

• Added the shop UI
• Added Square Spawn, which for now only spawns a Blue Square (tip: cancel an enemy by right click and turn off spawner if it's full)
• Added RBU Recharge, which instantly gives you the amount of RBU when you collect them
• The shop has a custom scroll bar! However it is invisible because there are only 2 items
